How many exhibitors can I bring to my show?
Our 70,000 sq ft exhibit hall will hold approx 400 10x10 exhibitor booths.

What is your loading dock capacity?
We have 4 loading docks that will accommodate standard commercial trailers along with 2 ground level drive in access doors that allow you to pull directly into the exhibit hall.

Is there a charge for parking?
No, we have 1200 FREE parking spaces at our facility property.

Shipping and Receiving?
All packages sent to the KCI Expo Center should include the name of the group, date of program and number of items. The Expo Center will only accept 2 boxes per group and no earlier than 3 days prior to the event.

Do you have wireless internet service?
Yes, we have high speed wireless at both the KCI Expo Center and the Holiday Inn.

Is your facility handicap accessible?
Our facility is handicap accessible.
